Within 10 seconds you receive an SMS with your unique link. Click the link and your locker opens!

No stress! Usually you can empty your locker the next day during opening hours at no extra cost.

If your belongings are no longer there, ask our team for help – we'll immediately check if they're safe and return them to you.

Don't panic! This can happen for several reasons:

Shared locker items: First check with the person you shared the locker with. They may have already taken the items.
Wrong locker: Sometimes items are accidentally placed in the wrong locker. In that case, we keep them safely stored.

Ask our staff to help you further. They can work with you to figure out what happened and make sure you get your belongings back as soon as possible!

In principle, you rent the locker until the location's closing time. Make sure to collect your belongings before closing time.

If the locker hasn't been emptied after closing time, we'll remove your items and release the locker. Your belongings will be kept safely stored. You'll receive an SMS with further instructions.

No worries! You can request a new access code at the terminal:

Enter your phone number.
Press the "Send new SMS" button.

You'll now receive a new code via SMS. Didn't receive anything? Check if your phone has reception and try restarting it.

Don't see the button? Then you probably no longer have an active reservation and your locker has been released. In that case, ask a staff member for help.

You have two options to open your locker:

1. Via a terminal

Enter your phone number.
Enter the access code you received via SMS.
Your locker opens.

2. Via the link in the SMS

Open the SMS you received when renting the locker.
Click the link in the SMS.
Your locker opens via your phone.
